Step 1
Angle Selection
Versatile computer modeling is used at the beginning stage of the process to produce a basic study model.

This study model enables the client to view variations in perspective to ensure that the best angle of view will be chosen.

Step 2
Line Drawing

Once the angle of view has been selected, a detailed line drawing is completed. This drawing incorporates architectural detailing, activity, and compositional format.

While the final color original is being created, clients often use copies of this detailed line drawing for color studies and preliminary presentations. This detailed line drawing is included when ordering a complete watercolor or mixed media rendering.

The detailed line drawing is also available independently, as a final, which in turn, the architect can color in-house. With this product, a black and white ink presentation drawing on heavyweight watercolor paper is delivered. Multiple copies of this presentation line drawing may be ordered.

Step 3
Final Rendering

We then transfer the line drawing to illustration board or watercolor paper, depending upon the style of rendering ordered. A transparent or opaque color medium is then used to complete the rendering.
Once the final illustration has been approved, a high resolution scan is made on the Linotype Hell scanner.
The final art is then mounted on presentation board and shipped with the scans and files requested. A color match proof print is provided for your reproduction needs at no additional cost.
On the page, SERVICES , we discuss the different presentation sets we offer. Additionally, we provide information on our project web site development service.
